BHENDI AMRESIR



INGREDIENTS:
Bendi: 1/2kg
Besan: 1cup
Rice Flour: 1cup
Chat Masala: 2tsp
Pepper Powder:1tsp
Amchur Powder: 2tsp
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
  1. Cut bhendi into medium sized pieces or You can cut them as you want
  2. Take them into a bowl and add besan, rice flour, amchur, pepper and chat masala, salt.
  3. Mix them well by adding water slowly. 
  4. Now, heat oil in a pan and deep fry bhendi like Pakodi.
  5. Take them out from oil when they turned into brown.
