RIDGE GOURD (BEERAKAYA) WITH GINGELLY POWDER

INGREDIENTS:
Ridge Gourd / Beerakaya / Turai:250gms
Onions: 2
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad Dal: 1/2tsp
Chana Dal: 1tsp
Turmeric Powder
Red chili Powder
Red Chilis
Garlic: 4cloves
Ground nuts
Gingelly Seeds
Curry leaves.
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
  1.  Heat oil in a pan, Add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, red chilis, garlic and curry leaves. Also add Onion pieces and fry until they turn brown.
  2. Now, add Beerakaya pieces, turmeric powder and salt and put the lid and cook for some time.
  3. When the water from beerakaya is evaporated then, add red chili powder and cook some more time by keeping lid. 
  4. When the curry is fully done, then add ground nut powder and gingelly powder.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
