IDLI WITH GRATED CARROT

INGREDIENTS:
Urad Dal: 1cup
Idli Ravva: 2-21/2cups
Grated carrots: 1cup
Salt
Ghee

METHOD:
  1. Soak urad dal, and Idli Ravva for 5hrs.
  2. Grind Urad dal and mix soaked idli Ravva without water. And mix well.
  3. Keep it outside for a night to get fermented.
  4. Mix grated carrot and Grease oil/ Ghee to idly Moulds and pour the mix in idli Moulds and cook in Idli cooker.
