Daliya UPMA (GODHUMA RAVVA)

INGREDIENTS:


Daliya / Wheat Ravva (godhuma ravva): 1cup
Water: 2cups
Red Chilis: 1-2
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad dal: 1/2tsp
Chana dal: 1tsp
Ground Nuts: 3tbsp
Cashew nuts
Curry leaves
Onions: 1
Tomatoes pieces: 1/2cup
Carrot Pieces: 1/2cup

METHOD:
  1.  Heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan and fry Mustard Seeds, Urad dal, Chana Dal, ground nuts, curry leaves, red Chilis and cashews.
  2. Also add, Onion pieces and Carrot pieces.
  3. Now, add water and salt. and bring the water to the boiling pt.
  4. Now, add Ravva by stirring.
  5. put the lid and cook until the Ravva is cooked.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and carrot pieces.
