BEETROOT FRY

INGREDIENTS:
Beetroot: 2
Onions: 1
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad dal: 1tsp
Chana dal: 1tbsp
Oil: 2tbsp
Curry leaves
Red Chilis
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Coriander Leaves

METHOD:
  1. Cut beetroot into pieces. 
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, red Chilis and curry leaves.
  3. Now, add Onion pieces and fry till the onions turn into half brown.
  4. Now, add beetroot pieces and add turmeric powder, and salt and cook till the beetroot is cooked.
  5. Lastly add red chili powder and mix well and cook for 2mins.
  6. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
