INGREDIENTS:
Beetroot: 2
Onions: 1
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad dal: 1tsp
Chana dal: 1tbsp
Oil: 2tbsp
Curry leaves
Red Chilis
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Coriander Leaves
METHOD:
- Cut beetroot into pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, red Chilis and curry leaves.
- Now, add Onion pieces and fry till the onions turn into half brown.
- Now, add beetroot pieces and add turmeric powder, and salt and cook till the beetroot is cooked.
- Lastly add red chili powder and mix well and cook for 2mins.
- Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
