BRINJAL DRUMSTICK GRAVY


INGREDIENTS:
Brinjals: 250gm
Drumsticks
Tomatoes :3
Onion: 1
Green Chilis: 1
Curry Leaves
Mustard Seeds:1/2tsp
Urad Dal: 1/2tsp
Jeera: 1/4tsp
Turmeric Powder
Red chili powder
Salt
Oil
Dhaniya Powder
Coriander leaves


METHOD:
  1.  Heat oil and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, jeera curry leaves and onions.
  2. Fry Onions until they turn brown.
  3. Now, add drumstick pieces and fry for some time.
  4. Now, add brinjal pieces and tomatoes. Also add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder. Stir and cook until the tomatoes get soften.
  5. Now, add some water and place the lid and cook till drumsticks are well boiled and till gravy is evaporated.
  6. At last, add Dhaniya powder and stir once.
  7. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
