INGREDIENTS:
Brinjals: 250gm
Drumsticks
Tomatoes :3
Onion: 1
Green Chilis: 1
Curry Leaves
Mustard Seeds:1/2tsp
Urad Dal: 1/2tsp
Jeera: 1/4tsp
Turmeric Powder
Red chili powder
Salt
Oil
Dhaniya Powder
Coriander leaves
METHOD:
- Heat oil and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, jeera curry leaves and onions.
- Fry Onions until they turn brown.
- Now, add drumstick pieces and fry for some time.
- Now, add brinjal pieces and tomatoes. Also add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder. Stir and cook until the tomatoes get soften.
- Now, add some water and place the lid and cook till drumsticks are well boiled and till gravy is evaporated.
- At last, add Dhaniya powder and stir once.
- Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
