INGREDIENTS:
Boiled aalu: 3big
Green Chilis: 2
Aata
Salt
Red chili Powder
Coriander Leaves
Oil or Ghee or Butter
METHOD:
- Make the dough with aata and keep aside.
- Smash the boiled aalu and add chopped green chilies and salt.
- Heat oil and add red chili powder immediately add smashed aalu and fry for some time.
- Now, take small amount of aata dough and slightly press with roti stick and put small amount of aalu mix and fold it to cover the stuff.
- Now, by using aata flour make the roti as usual. Don't press it so thin.
- Now, heat tawa and cook roti on it using oil or ghee or butter.
