INGREDIENTS:
Egg: 2
Onion: 2
Tomato sauce: 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste
Coconut kaju paste: 1tsp
Curry leaves
Green Chilis
Red chili powder
Turmeric: 1/2tsp
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Salt to taste
METHOD:
- Fry onion pieces and green Chilis in a pan. Add curry leaves also.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt
- After frying the onions pour egg and fry for some time.
- Now, add ginger garlic paste (optional) sauté it for some time
- after that add, coconut paste and some water.
- Cook until the gravy gets thick.
- Finally add garam masala and coriander powder.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
