EGG BURJI GRAVY

INGREDIENTS:
Egg: 2
Onion: 2
Tomato sauce: 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste
Coconut kaju paste: 1tsp
Curry leaves
Green Chilis
Red chili powder
Turmeric: 1/2tsp
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Salt to taste

METHOD:
  1. Fry onion pieces and green Chilis in a pan. Add curry leaves also.
  2. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt
  3. After frying the onions pour egg and fry for some time.
  4. Now, add ginger garlic paste (optional) sauté it for some time
  5. after that add, coconut paste and some water.
  6. Cook until the gravy gets thick.
  7. Finally add garam masala and coriander powder.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
