TOMATO CUCUMBER CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS:

Tomatoes: 4
Gherkins: 6(kundru)
Brinjals (desi-Long): 6
Cucumber(yellow): 1
Tamarind: small (sufficient to sour taste)
Green Chilis: 3
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad Dal: 1tsp
Red Chilis: 2
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Oil
Jeera: 1/4tsp

METHOD:
  1.  Take a pan, heat 1tbsp of oil and fry Green Chilis and pieces of kundru, cucumber, brinjals.  Fry till the pieces turn soften and keep aside.
  2. Now, add 1tsp of oil and fry tomatoes. 
  3. Let them to come room temperature, and grind well by adding salt, tamarind, jeera. 
  4. Now for seasoning, take a pan, heat 1/2tbsp of oil and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, red Chilis, curry leaves and pour it on chutney and mix well.
