COCONUT CURRYLEAVES CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS:

Coconut: 1/2 side
Curry Leaves: 1cup
Green Chilis: 2-4
Tamarind: a little
Red Chilis: 2
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad Dal: 1/2tsp
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Sugar: 1tsp  
Jeera: 1/4tsp

METHOD:
  1. Heat tbsp of oil in a pan and fry coconut pieces at last add curry leaves to fry.
  2. Fry green Chilis in that pan. and keep them to cool.
  3. Now, make chutney with coconut, green Chilis, curry leaves, tamarind. Also add Jeera, Salt and sugar.
  4. Now, take a pan and heat 1tbsp of oil and fry mustard seeds, urad dal, and red Chilis and curry leaves. Pour this into chutney.
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
