DAL TOMATO

INGREDIENTS:

Dal : 100gms
Tomatoes: 4 medium sizes
Green Chilis: 2
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad Dal: 1/4tsp
Jeera: 1/2tsp
Red Chilis: 2
Garlic: 4-6 cloves
Curry Leaves
Red chili Powder
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Oil: 2tsp

METHOD:
  1. Boil Dal in Cooker.
  2. Grate tomato for paste
  3. Take a Pan and heat oil. Add mustard seeds, jeera, urad dal, red Chilis, green Chilis, Garlic, curry leaves.
  4. Now add Tomato paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt.
  5. Cook it for few mins until the paste becomes thick.
  6. Now add boiled dal and mix well.
  7. Now add some water put the lid and cook for some time.
  8. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
