INGREDIENTS:
Eggs: 4
Green Chilis: 2
Curry leaves
Tomato: 1
Onion Paste: 2tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2tsp
Potatoes: 2 Big
Turmeric Powder
Red chili Powder
Salt
Everest Chicken Masala
Oil
Coriander Leaves.
METHOD:
Eggs: 4

METHOD:
- Boil Eggs and Potatoes and peel off.
- Take a pan and heat oil. Now, fry eggs with turmeric powder for few mins and keep aside
- Now, fry green Chilis and curry leaves.
- Now, add Potatoes and fry 2mins in oil.
- Now add, salt, Onion Paste, Ginger garlic Paste. Fry until the paste becomes little brown.
- Now add, tomato (grated) or chopped and cook until the tomato gets cooked.
- Now add, 1tsp of Chicken Masala and cook for some time.
- Finally add some water and cook some more time until the gravy gets thick.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
