INGREDIENTS:
Beetroot Grated: 1 (Big)
Onion: 1
Mustard Seeds: 1/4tsp
Urad Dal: 1/4tsp
Chana Dal: 1/4tsp
Curry leaves
Red Chilis: 2
Red chili powder
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Oil: 2tsp
METHOD:
Beetroot Grated: 1 (Big)

Red chili powder

Oil: 2tsp
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard Seeds, Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Curry Leaves and Red Chilis.
- Now add Chopped onions. Fry till the onion becomes half brown.
- Now add grated Beetroot and salt, turmeric powder.
- Put the lid and cook for 5-10 mins.
- You can add red chili powder if need spicy. and cook it 3 more mins.
- Now, take off from the flame, and garnish it with coriander leaves.
