BEETROOT FRY

INGREDIENTS:
Beetroot Grated: 1 (Big)
Onion: 1
Mustard Seeds: 1/4tsp
Urad Dal: 1/4tsp
Chana Dal: 1/4tsp
Curry leaves
Red Chilis: 2
Red chili powder
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Oil: 2tsp

METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard Seeds, Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Curry Leaves and Red Chilis. 
  2. Now add Chopped onions. Fry till the onion becomes half brown.
  3. Now add grated Beetroot and salt, turmeric powder.
  4. Put the lid and cook for 5-10 mins.
  5. You can add red chili powder if need spicy. and cook it 3 more mins.
  6. Now, take off from the flame, and garnish it with coriander leaves.
