CABBAGE - MUTTER


INGREDIENTS:
Cabbage: 1
Mutter: 1 cup
Green Chilis: 2
Mustard Seeds: 1/4tsp
Urad Dal: 1/4tsp
Curry Leaves
Oil
Turmeric Powder
Red chili powder
Salt
Hing: a pinch

METHOD:
  1. Head 2-3tsp of oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, green Chilis and curry leaves.
  3. Now, add Mutter and fry for some time.
  4. Now add, chopped cabbage.
  5. Add, turmeric powder and salt. and put the lid.
  6. when it is cooked add red chili powder and Hing. Mix well and cook it for some time
  7. Finally add coriander leaves for garnishing.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
