- Head 2-3tsp of oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, urad dal, green Chilis and curry leaves.
- Now, add Mutter and fry for some time.
- Now add, chopped cabbage.
- Add, turmeric powder and salt. and put the lid.
- when it is cooked add red chili powder and Hing. Mix well and cook it for some time
- Finally add coriander leaves for garnishing.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
