INGREDIENTS:
Rice: 11/2cup
Urad dal: 1/2cup
Salt

Red chili Powder

METHOD:
- Separately soak rice and Urad dal at least 6hrs or overnight in water
- Grind to paste
- mix together add salt and add water to make batter.
- Leave in room temperature for overnight.
- Mix onions and chilis in the batter.
- Heat a pan and griddle with little ghee or oil.
- Spread the Dosa mix on pan
- Beat egg and pour on the pan.
- Sprinkle red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Cook it both sides.
