CARROT WITH EGG | క్యారట్ విత్ ఎగ్ | Fry Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Carrots Grated: 5 Medium Sized grated.



















Eggs: 3
Onions: 1
Green Chilis: 2-3
Curry leaves: 5-6 leaves
Mustard Seeds: 1/2tsp
Urad dal: 1tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/4tsp
Red chili powder: 1tsp
Salt: 1/4tsp
Oil: 2-3tbsp
Coriander Leaves: for Garnishing

METHOD:

1. Take a pan and heat 2-3tbsp of oil.


2. Add mustard seeds, urad dal and saute well.


3. Now add, curry leaves, chopped onions and saute them well on medium-high flame until onions become translucent.


4. Now add, turmeric powder and mix well for a minute.



5. Once, onions are well fried add, grated carrot and mix well.


6. Now add, salt and red chili powder. Mix well.


7. Put the lid and cook carrot on low flame for 5-10 minutes or until it becomes soft. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.


8. Once, carrot is well cooked, pour eggs to carrot saute.


9. Mix well on low flame until the egg mixes well with carrot and well fried.


10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
