EGG MUTTER CAPSICUM

INGREDIENTS:

Eggs: 2
Mutter: 1cup
Capsicum: 1
Tomatoes/Tomato sauce: 1
Green Chilis: 1-2
Onion Paste:2tbsp
Ginger garlic Paste:1tsp
Garam Masala:1/4tsp
Dhania Powder:1/4tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/4tsp
Jeera:1/4tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander Leaves
Red chili Powder
Turmeric
Salt
Oil
Pepper

METHOD:

1. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add pepper and salt as required
2. Steam boil the egg mixture. (Also, u can add chopped onion and Chilis to the egg mixture). Cook it until it become like a cake
3. Now, cut it into small cubes like paneer.
4.Now, heat a pan, add 2-3tsp of Oil. And now, sauté mustard seeds, jeera, green Chilis, curry leaves.
5. Now, add Mutter and capsicum pieces sauté them for some time. Add turmeric powder and salt. After that add, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and red chili powder. Cook it for some time.
6. Now add tomato paste or sauce.
7. And now, add egg pieces sauté it for some time after that add 1cup water and cook it until the curry becomes thick.
8. Finally add, garam masala powder, dhaniya powder. and mix well
9. Garnish with coriander leaves. serve hot with rotis.
