EGG TOMATO

INGREDIENTS:
Boiled eggs
Onions: 2
tomatoes: 2 -3
ginger garlic paste: 1stsp
green Chilis
curry leaves
red chili powder
turmeric
salt to taste
oil
coriander leaves

METHOD:
  1. Sauté eggs with turmeric in oil and keep aside
  2. sauté green Chilis, curry leaves in same pan
  3. Now add onions and fry until brown
  4. Add red chili powder and salt and sauté them few mins.
  5. Now add tomato pieces and fry till the tomatoes turn soft.
  6. Also, add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  7. Now, add boiled eggs to that gravy and cook for some time.
  8. If you want gravy more, add some water and cook until the gravy gets thick
  9. Finally, garnish it with coriander leaves.
