ginger garlic paste: 1stsp
green Chilis
curry leaves
red chili powder
turmeric

METHOD:

METHOD:
- Sauté eggs with turmeric in oil and keep aside
- sauté green Chilis, curry leaves in same pan
- Now add onions and fry until brown
- Add red chili powder and salt and sauté them few mins.
- Now add tomato pieces and fry till the tomatoes turn soft.
- Also, add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Now, add boiled eggs to that gravy and cook for some time.
- If you want gravy more, add some water and cook until the gravy gets thick
- Finally, garnish it with coriander leaves.
