EGG PULUSU

INGREDIENTS:
Boiled eggs onions: 3 
Tomatoes: 1 
Green Chilis: 2 
Curry leaves
Red chili powder 
Tamarind paste to taste 
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste 
Sugar: 1tsp 

METHOD:
  1. Fry eggs in oil. Sprinkle turmeric powder on eggs while frying.
  2. After frying them keep aside
  3. Now fry green Chilis and curry leaves.
  4. And now, add onion pieces and sauté them till brown
  5. Now, add red chili powder and salt
  6. Now, add tomato pieces and fry for some time
  7. Now, add tamarind paste for sour taste.
  8. Add sugar of 1tsp to the curry and cook for some time.
  9. Add boiled eggs.
  10. If sour taste is high, then add salt or sugar to balance the taste.
  11. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
