INGREDIENTS:
Boiled eggs
onions: 3 
Tomatoes: 1 
Green Chilis: 2 
Curry leaves
Red chili powder 
Tamarind paste to taste 
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste 
Sugar: 1tsp 
METHOD:
- Fry eggs in oil. Sprinkle turmeric powder on eggs while frying.
 - After frying them keep aside
 - Now fry green Chilis and curry leaves.
 - And now, add onion pieces and sauté them till brown
 - Now, add red chili powder and salt
 - Now, add tomato pieces and fry for some time
 - Now, add tamarind paste for sour taste.
 - Add sugar of 1tsp to the curry and cook for some time.
 - Add boiled eggs.
 - If sour taste is high, then add salt or sugar to balance the taste.
 - Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
