Eggs: 4
Onions: 4
Green Chilis: 5
Salt
Ginger: small piece
Garlic: 10 cloves
Oil: 2tbsp
Soya sauce: 4tsp
Ajanomoto: 1/4tsp
Chilli sauce: 3tsp
Spring onions: 100gm
Coriander leaves
METHOD:
- Take a bowl and mix egg, onions, green Chilis and salt. Beat them well.
- Take this mix into an oil greased bowl.
- Put this bowl in a cooker and cook till the texture looks like a paneer.
- Cut this cooked egg into small pieces.
- Take a pan and heat oil.
- Fry chopped ginger, garlic, green Chilis.
- Now add, soy sauce, chili sauce and egg pieces.
- Now add some water, spring onions, coriander leaves, ajanomoto and salt. cook it until dry.
