Eggs: 4
Onions: 50gm
Pepper powder: 1/4tsp
Green Chillis: 2
Salt
Turmeric
For Gravy:
Onions: 1/4 kg
Tomatoes: 1/4kg
Green Chillis: 4
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1tsp
Oil: 4tbsp
Coriander powder: 2tsp
Red Chilli powder: 11/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder
Garam masala
Salt
METHOD:
- Beat eggs in a bowl with onion pieces, green Chilis, salt, turmeric and pepper powder.
- Take another bowl layered with oil. Pour the egg batter and cook it in cooker for 10mins.
- It looks like Junnu. Cut them into small pieces and add them in gravy.
- Take a pan and heat oil.
- Fry onion pieces. Now, add ginger garlic, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
- After that add tomato pieces and green Chilis and cook for few mins.
- Add Egg Pieces, garam masala and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
