STEAMED EGG CURRY


INGREDIENTS: 
Eggs: 4 
Onions: 50gm 
Pepper powder: 1/4tsp 
Green Chillis: 2 
Salt 
Turmeric 

For Gravy: 

Onions: 1/4 kg 
Tomatoes: 1/4kg 
Green Chillis: 4 
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1tsp
Oil: 4tbsp 
Coriander powder: 2tsp 
Red Chilli powder: 11/2 tsp 
Turmeric Powder
Garam masala 
Salt 

METHOD:
  1. Beat eggs in a bowl with onion pieces, green Chilis, salt, turmeric and pepper powder.
  2. Take another bowl layered with oil. Pour the egg batter and cook it in cooker for 10mins.
  3. It looks like Junnu. Cut them into small pieces and add them in gravy.
For GRAVY:
  1. Take a pan and heat oil.
  2. Fry onion pieces. Now, add ginger garlic, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
  3. After that add tomato pieces and green Chilis and cook for few mins.
  4. Add Egg Pieces, garam masala and mix well. 
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
