For Kofthas :
Potatoes: 4
Carrots: 2
Beans: 15
Onions: 2
Ginger: small piece
Green Chilis: 4
Lemon: 1

Oil to deep fry
METHOD:
- Boil potatoes and smash them into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions, ginger and Chilis.
- After that fry grated carrot, finely chopped beans for 2mins
- Now, add smashed potato.
- Now add lemon juice and salt and flame off
- Make small balls and roll them in corn flour for bonding and deep fry
- Take a bowl. Add oil to the bowl as a layer.
- Beat egg, salt and pepper in that bowl.
- Now, cook one spoon full of egg batter in the heated pan and put on it fried kofthas and serve hot.
