RISI A BC ( Italy)

INGREDIENTS:

Butter: 6tbsp 
Onion: 1 
Garlic: 6cloves 
Mutton: 100gm 
Rice: 11/2cup 
Vegetable stock (1carrot, 1onion, 4 garlic ,1/2cup peas boil with 8cups of water for 20minutes in Sim): 4cups 
Peas: 11/2cup 
Coriander leaves 
Salt 
Pepper powder: 1/2tsp 

METHOD:
  1. Take a pan heat 2tbsp butter then fry onion pieces, garlic and mutton.
  2. After some time, add rice , salt and vegetable stock. But, add this stock not at once.
  3. After cooking rice add peas, coriander leaves.
  4. If stock is fully evaporated then, you can also add extra water to cook rice.
  5. Serve hot with remaining butter.
