KOSHARI (EGYPT SPL)

INGREDIENTS: 

Onions: 2 
Vermicelli: 1/2cup 
Rice(thick): 1cup 
Red Dal: 1/4cup 
Macaroni: 1cup 
Kabuli chana: 1/2cup 
Salt 
Water 
Oil: 1tbsp 
Tomato sauce: 1cup 

METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan fry onion and keep aside.
  2. Now fry vermicelli in that oil.
  3. Now boil water of 11/2 cup with salt
  4. when water reached to boiling point add rice and cook it
  5. Take another bowl, cook dal with 2cups of water in low flame. After that drain it with cold water.
  6. Boil pasta with water, salt and 1tsp of oil in another bowl. After that drain it with cold water.
  7. Now take a big bowl add vermicelli, rice, dal, and pasta one by one. Add fried onions, soaked chana and salt and mix well.
  8. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
