DALIYA KI KITCHIDI

INGREDIENTS:

Wheat Ravva / Daliya/ Godhuma Ravva: 100gm 
Moong dal: 50gm 
Methi leaves( menthi kura): 1cup 
Vegetable pieces(carrot+cauliflower+beans+peas): 2cups 
Onion: 1 
Coriander leaves: 4tbsp 
Mint leaves: 3tbsp 
Green chilis: 3 
Turmeric powder: 1/4tsp 
Pepper seeds: 10 
Oil: 1tbsp 
Ghee: 1tbsp 
Cinnamon: 2 
Elaichi: 2 
Jeera: 1/2tsp 
Hing: pinch 
Curry leaves 
Ginger grated: 1/2tsp
Jeera powder: tsp 
Coriander powder: tsp 
Water 
Salt 

METHOD:
  1. Clean ravva and moong dal.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry jeera and pepper, cinnamon, elaichi powder. After that, add green chilis.
  3. Now add Mint and coriander leaves and fry for 1 min.
  4. Now, add methi leaves and fry for 2mins
  5. Now, add onions and fry until brown.
  6. Now, add Vegetables, ginger and cook for 4mins
  7. Now add ravva and moong dal and mix well.
  8. After that add jeera, Hing, coriander leaves, curry leaves, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and mix well.
  9. Now add some water and cook it for 10mins.
  10. Add ghee before serving when it is hot.
