Wheat Ravva / Daliya/ Godhuma Ravva: 100gm
Moong dal: 50gm
Methi leaves( menthi kura): 1cup
Vegetable pieces(carrot+cauliflower+beans+peas): 2cups
Onion: 1
Coriander leaves: 4tbsp
Mint leaves: 3tbsp
Green chilis: 3
Turmeric powder: 1/4tsp
Pepper seeds: 10
Oil: 1tbsp
Ghee: 1tbsp
Cinnamon: 2
Elaichi: 2
Jeera: 1/2tsp
Hing: pinch
Curry leaves
Ginger grated: 1/2tsp
Jeera powder: tsp
Coriander powder: tsp
Water
Salt
METHOD:
- Clean ravva and moong dal.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry jeera and pepper, cinnamon, elaichi powder. After that, add green chilis.
- Now add Mint and coriander leaves and fry for 1 min.
- Now, add methi leaves and fry for 2mins
- Now, add onions and fry until brown.
- Now, add Vegetables, ginger and cook for 4mins
- Now add ravva and moong dal and mix well.
- After that add jeera, Hing, coriander leaves, curry leaves, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and mix well.
- Now add some water and cook it for 10mins.
- Add ghee before serving when it is hot.
