MUSHROOM FRIED RICE



INGREDIENTS: 

Basmati rice: 2cups
Mushrooms: 1packet 
Onion: 1 
Capsicum: 1 
Beans: 6 
Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp 
Soya sauce: 1tsp 
Tomato paste: 1tsp 
Jeera: 1tsp 
Pepper powder: 1tsp 
Oil: 1/2cup 
Garlic cloves: 4 
Ginger: small piece 
Water 
Salt 

METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, and fry cleaned Basmati rice for 3mins.
  2. Add sufficient water to cook rice.
  3. Take another pan, heat oil and fry onions, jeera, finely chopped ginger and garlic, capsicum, beans.
  4. After that, add Soya sauce, Tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder and salt. Fry them until brown.
  5. Now add mushroom pieces and fry for 5mins.
  6. After that add cooked rice and mix well and cook it for 10 more minutes in low flame.
