Basmati rice: 2cups
Mushrooms: 1packet
Onion: 1
Capsicum: 1
Beans: 6
Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp
Soya sauce: 1tsp
Tomato paste: 1tsp
Jeera: 1tsp
Pepper powder: 1tsp
Oil: 1/2cup
Garlic cloves: 4
Ginger: small piece
Water
Salt
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan, and fry cleaned Basmati rice for 3mins.
- Add sufficient water to cook rice.
- Take another pan, heat oil and fry onions, jeera, finely chopped ginger and garlic, capsicum, beans.
- After that, add Soya sauce, Tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder and salt. Fry them until brown.
- Now add mushroom pieces and fry for 5mins.
- After that add cooked rice and mix well and cook it for 10 more minutes in low flame.
