MANGO KOSAMBARI

INGREDIENTS:

Mango (raw): 1 
Sprouts: 1cup 
Keera: 1 
Green Chilis: 2 
Coconut: half 
Mustard seeds: 1tsp 
Jeera: 1tsp 
Coriander leaves 
Carrots: 2 
Curry leaves 
Oil 
Salt 

METHOD:
  1. Cut raw mango into small pieces.
  2. Add Mango pieces, grated carrot and coconut, keera pieces, Chilis, salt to the sprouts.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, and sprout mixer and fry well.
  4. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
