CHICKEN LOLLYPOPS

INGREDIENTS: 

Egg: 1 
Maida: 3tbsp 
Besan: 1tbsp 
Salt 
China salt 
Red color 
Ginger garlic paste: 1tsp 
Red chili paste: 1tsp 
Garam masala: 1tsp 
Oil 

METHOD:
  1. Marinate chicken lollypops with ginger garlic paste, red chili paste, garam masala and salt.
  2. Mix maida, besan, salt, china salt, red color, ginger garlic paste, red chili paste, garam masala and some water with egg to make a batter.
  3. Soak marinated chicken lollypops in this batter for 10mins.
  4. After that Deep fry this lollypop.
