CHILLI PRAWNS

INGREDIENTS: 

Prawns: 1kg 
Garlic: 1 
Green Chilis: 6
Coriander leaves 
Ajinomoto: 1tsp 
Red chili powder: 2tsp 
Salt 
Egg: 1 
Maida: 3tbsp 
Corn flour: 3tbsp 
Ginger garlic paste: 2tsp 
Oil 

METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic pieces, green Chilis.
  2. Add coriander leaves, red chili powder, ajinomoto, salt and fry.
  3. Take this fried mixture into a bowl.
  4. Take another bowl, add ajinomoto, ginger garlic paste, egg, maida and corn flour.
  5. Also add cleaned prawns and mix well.
  6. Deep fry these prawns in oil.
  7. Add masala mixture (3) to these fried prawns and add some water to cook.
  8. Cook till the water is fully evaporated and sprinkle 1tsp of pepper powder and turn off the flame
  9. Garnish with onions and coriander leaves.
