Paneer: 400gm
Butter - 4tsp
Soya sauce: 1/2tsp
Vinegar: 1tsp
Green Chilis: 2
Garlic:1tsp
Spring Onions: 3
Sesame seeds white: 1/2tsp
Sesame seeds black: 1/2tsp
Red chili powder: 1tsp
Pomegranate (Anar) seeds: 1cup
Salt
METHOD:
- Cut paneer into pieces. Add soya sauce, vinegar, ginger garlic, Chilis (small pieces) and soak for 10mins
- Take a pan to heat and add butter. Then, add spring onion pieces to fry.
- After that add sesame seeds. Put the flame at low and add paneer and cook for 2mins.
- And now, put flame high and fry paneer well.
- Now, add salt, red chili powder. Turn off the flame.
- Now add Pomegranate seeds and mix well.
