Maida: 1/4kg
Ghee: 1/2kg
Moong Dal: 100gm
Oil: 1/4cup
Coriander Seeds: 1tsp
Fennel Seeds: 1/2tsp
Red chili Powder: 1tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/4tsp
Hing: 1/2tsp
Water
Jeera
Salt
Savai
Coriander leaves
METHOD:
- Take a bowl. Add maida, salt, ghee and water. Make a fine dough. and make pooris.
- Boil Moong dal.
- Take a pan. Heat oil and fry coriander seeds, jeera, Fennel Seeds.
- Then, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, Hing, salt and boiled dal. Cook for 2mins and turn off the flame.
- Make small balls with the dal mixture.
- Cover these balls with pooris and deep fry.
