KAASTA KACHORI




INGREDIENTS:
  
Maida: 1/4kg 
Ghee: 1/2kg 
Moong Dal: 100gm 
Oil: 1/4cup 
Coriander Seeds: 1tsp 
Fennel Seeds: 1/2tsp 
Red chili Powder: 1tsp 
Turmeric powder: 1/4tsp 
Hing: 1/2tsp 
Water 
Jeera 
Salt 
Savai
Coriander leaves
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add maida, salt, ghee and water. Make a fine dough. and make pooris.
  2. Boil Moong dal.
  3. Take a pan. Heat oil and fry coriander seeds, jeera, Fennel Seeds.
  4. Then, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, Hing, salt and boiled dal. Cook for 2mins and turn off the flame.
  5. Make small balls with the dal mixture.
  6. Cover these balls with pooris and deep fry.
