Mutter: 1/2kg
Maida: 1/4kg
Oil: 100gm
Jeera: 1tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1tsp
Hing: 1tsp
Sugar: 50gm
Green Chilis: 100gm
Garam Masala: 1tsp
Ghee: 50gm
Salt to taste

METHOD:
- Boil Mutter and make a paste by smashing it with spoon
- Add Turmeric powder, hing, sugar, chili paste, garam masala, salt and mix well.
- Add salt, ghee to maida and make fine dough.
- Make small pooris and put the mutter mixture inside and cover it and round it.
- Deep fry these pooris and serve hot.
