METHOD:

Puree Preparation:

1. Take Mangoes of your choice and cut into pieces. Here I chose, Sindhura (Honey) mangoes as they are rich in sweetness. I used 3 small mangoes to prepare this recipe. Based on the size of the mango you can make puree.

2. Either you can peel and cut into pieces or cut one side of the mango and extract pieces as shown in the picture.

3. Take the pieces into a blender and make a smooth paste.

4. Take it to a bowl and keep aside.

Biscuit Powder Preparation:

1. Take Marie gold Biscuits and make a coarse powder.

2. Add melted butter step by step and mix well.

3. Take Whipped cream in a bowl and whisk it at high speed for at least 3-4 minutes or until stiff peaks. Here, I used whipped cream powder and followed the instructions as mentioned on the box.

If required, you can also add a tbsp of sugar powder to the whipped cream.

4. Take a quarter part of cream into a piping bag and refrigerate until use.

5. Add 3-5tbsp of Mango pulp and mix well with whisker.

6. Take a half part of cream into a piping bag and refrigerate until use.

7. Add more mango pulp to the remaining cream to get the vibrant shade. Mix well with whisker.

8. Take it to a piping bag and refrigerate until use.

Note: Instead of keeping the cream in piping bag, you can also do these steps while layering the desert glass. Follow the steps whichever is convenient for you.

Layering the Desert Glass:

1. Fill the desert glass with Biscuit Mix as first layer.

2. Now add whipped cream as the 2nd layer.

3. Now add mango mixed whipped cream as the 3rd layer.

4. Add vibrant shade of whipped cream as the 4th layer.

5. Add mango pulp as the 5th layer.

6. Garnish with Whipped cream, Mango piece and Mint leaf.

7. Refrigerate the Mousse for at least 3-4 hours and serve chilled.

Enjoy the delectable Mango mousse for this summer. :)
