Raagi Dosa రాగి దోశ

INGREDIENTS:

Raagi Flour: 1/4cup ( I used Sprouted & Rosted flour)
Rice Flour: 1/4cup
Sooji or Semolina: 3tbsp
Curd: 1/4cup
Onions: 1 chopped
Cumin Seeds (Jeera): 1/4tsp
Green Chilis: 2 chopped
Ginger: 1 inch piece chopped
Curry Leaves: 2-3 chopped
Coriander Leaves: 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil to drizzle on dosa

METHOD:

1. Take a mixing bowl and add Raagi flour.


2. Add Rice Flour.

3. Add curd

4. Add salt as per your taste.


5. Now add, cumin seeds, chopped green chili and chopped ginger.


6. Add, chopped curry leaves to enhance the flavor.


7. Add chopped coriander Leaves.


8. Now add finely chopped onions and Mix well.



9. Now add, half glass of water and mix well. Make sure that, there are no lumps.



10. Now, add another half glass of water and mix well.


11. Add, Sooji to the batter and mix well.


12. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.


13. Take a Dosa pan and heat it on medium flame.

14. When tawa becomes hot, pour dosa batter on it. Cook Dosa on low-medium flame to get the crispiness.


15. Once Dosa is turned to brown fold it to the center and transfer it to a serving plate.


16. Serve dosa with the chutney of your choice.
