INGREDIENTS:
Raagi Flour: 1/4cup ( I used Sprouted & Rosted flour)
Rice Flour: 1/4cup
Sooji or Semolina: 3tbsp
Curd: 1/4cup
Onions: 1 chopped
Cumin Seeds (Jeera): 1/4tsp
Green Chilis: 2 chopped
Ginger: 1 inch piece chopped
Curry Leaves: 2-3 chopped
Coriander Leaves: 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil to drizzle on dosa

METHOD:
1. Take a mixing bowl and add Raagi flour.
14. When tawa becomes hot, pour dosa batter on it. Cook Dosa on low-medium flame to get the crispiness.
