Coconut Chutney | కొబ్బరి చట్నీ

Coconut Chutney కొబ్బరి చట్నీ - is one of the regular chutneys served along with Dosa or Idli or with any South Indian breakfast recipes.

It is very simple and easy to prepare in minutes of time. This chutney is thick in consistency. For Dosas, I would prefer a thick chutney. If you want, you can add more water to get the desired consistency. Try this Coconut chutney and post your comments. 😋😍💜

INGREDIENTS:

Coconut: Half side (Peeled the brown layer and chopped into pieces)
Green Chilis: 4
Fried Chana Dal: 2tbsp
Garlic: 5-6 cloves
Ginger: 1 Inch piece

Salt to taste

for TADKA:

Mustard Seeds: 1/4tsp
Urad Dal: 1tsp
Red Chili: 1 (break into pieces)
Curry Leaves: 5-6 leaves
Hing: a Pinch
