Rava (Sooji or Semolina): 1/2cup
Maida: 1/4cup
Curd: 2tbsp

Onions: 1 chopped
Green Chilis: 2 chopped
Cumin Seeds: 1/4tsp
Ginger: 1 inch piece chopped
Curry Leaves: 2-3 leaves chopped
Curry Leaves: 1tbsp chopped
Salt to taste
Oil

METHOD:

1. Take a mixing bowl.

2. Add Sooji, Rice flour, Maida one by one and mix well.

3. Add curd into the flour

4. Add cumin seeds and salt.

5. Add finely chopped ginger pieces. This will enhance the taste of the dosa.

6. Add chopped green chilis. If you want spicier, you can add one more green chili.

7. Add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.

8. Add finely chopped onions and mix well.

9. Add one and half glass of water step by step and mix well. Make sure there should not be any lumps in the batter.

10. Prepare the batter like Idli batter (thick consistency) and rest the batter for at least 20 minutes to soak.

11. After 20 minutes, the batter will become thicker. Now, add one more glass of water and mix well. The batter should be a thin watery consistency.

12. Take a Dosa Pan and heat it on medium flame. Once tawa gets hot, pour batter on tawa from edge to center. Fill the large gaps only. Leave the small gaps as it is. It will give you a good texture.

13. Sprinkle or add 1/2 tsp of oil on dosa and cook dosa on low flame only.

14. Cook dosa until it turns to golden color.

15. Once Dosa turned to golden color, fold the dosa to center. No need to flip it.

16. Serve hot with Onion Chutney & Coconut chutney.
