Youtube: Dhaniya Machhi - Without Oil
Fish: 250gms (Preferably Sole, cut into 11/2" square pieces of 1/2" thickness & Boneless also can be used)
Lemon: 1
Salt: 1/4tsp
Grind to Paste:
Coconut: 1/4 of a Coconut (chopped)
Garlic: 3 Flakes
Coriander Leaves: 1/2cup chopped
Green chili paste: 2tsp
Lemon Juice: 1tbsp
Sugar: 1/2tsp
Salt: 1/4tsp
METHOD:
1. Wash the fish. Rub lemon and salt and leave for 15-20 minutes.
2. Wash the fish again and pat dry on a kitchen towel.
3. Grind the ingredients of the paste coarsely in a mixer.
4. Apply the paste on both sides of the fish and marinate for 1hour or till serving time in a micro proof dish.
5. Microwave covered for 5minutes. Give Standing time of 1minute.
6. Serve hot.
