INGREDIENTS:
Okra (Bhendi): 10-15
Red chili Powder: 1tbsp
Turmeric: 1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander Powder: 1tsp
Garam Masala :1tsp
Oil
METHOD:
- Mix red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and garam masala.
- And stuff this mixture in Bendi.
- Now heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan and fry this stuffed bhendi.
