PALAK LACHHA PARATHA


INGREDIENTS:
Aata (Wheat flour): 3cups
Palak: 6bunches
Salt
Ghee or oil

METHOD:
  1. Boil palak with little bit water and salt. Also add one or two green chilis and jeera to spicy taste. And make fine paste.
  2. Now, mix Aata, salt and 2-3tbsp of palak paste.
  3. Now, take a small round of dough and make thin roti and grease it with oil or ghee.
  4. Now, fold it once in and once out like Swiss roll and round it.
  5. Now, press it and again make a fine roti. and heat both sides on tawa.
