INGREDIENTS:
Aata (Wheat flour): 3cups
Palak: 6bunches
Salt
Ghee or oil
METHOD:
- Boil palak with little bit water and salt. Also add one or two green chilis and jeera to spicy taste. And make fine paste.
- Now, mix Aata, salt and 2-3tbsp of palak paste.
- Now, take a small round of dough and make thin roti and grease it with oil or ghee.
- Now, fold it once in and once out like Swiss roll and round it.
- Now, press it and again make a fine roti. and heat both sides on tawa.
