TANGADI KABAB

INGREDIENTS: 

Chicken leg pieces
Lemon juice 
Ginger garlic paste 
Red chili powder 
Curd 
Garam masala 
Chat masala powder 
Red orange color 
Oil 
Salt 

METHOD:
  1. Put some holes on chicken leg pieces with knife.
  2. Add salt and lemon juice and marinate for some time.
  3. After some time, add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and again marinate some more time.
  4. And now, add garam masala, chat masala powder, oil, red orange color in curd to make thick batter.
  5. Apply this batter to chicken leg pieces as a thick layer.
  6. Bake it on grill or in oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 15mins.
