METHOD:
- Put some holes on chicken leg pieces with knife.
- Add salt and lemon juice and marinate for some time.
- After some time, add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and again marinate some more time.
- And now, add garam masala, chat masala powder, oil, red orange color in curd to make thick batter.
- Apply this batter to chicken leg pieces as a thick layer.
- Bake it on grill or in oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 15mins.
