Broccoli Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Broccoli: 150gm
French Beans: 8-10
Green Peas: 1/4cup
Sweet Corn: 1/4cup
Baby Corn: 4
Mustard Seeds: 1/4tsp
Urad Dal: 1/2tsp
Cumin Seeds (Jeera): 1/4tsp
Spring Onions
Chili Flakes
Oregano
Sesame Seeds: 1/2tsp
Oil: 2tsp

METHOD:

1. Cut Broccoli into small florets.



2. Take a kadai and boil 2-3 cups of water. Add add salt.



3. Once water reaches to boiling point add broccoli florets and cook it on low-medium flame for 1-2 minutes. Drain water and keep aside.


4. Cut French beans & Baby corn into small pieces.



5. Heat 2tsp of oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds, urad dal & cumin seeds. And saute them well.


6. Add green peas and saute them on low flame for a minute.


7. Add sweet corn, Beans.



8. Add baby corn pieces & salt. Mix well and cook it on low-medium flame for 2-3 minutes or until the raw smell goes off.




8. Now, add broccoli and cook it low flame for 1minute. 


9. Flame off and add some spring onion pieces.


10. Sprinkle some chili flakes and oregano and mix well.


11. Add sesame seeds as well and mix.


12. Transfer it into a plate and serve. Enjoy the nutritious and healthy food.
