Grilled Ginger Chicken



Here is a beautiful and yummy Grilled Ginger Chicken. 😍 So yummy and spicy. Try and enjoy the recipe. 😋

INGREDIENTS:

Marinated Boneless Chicken: 1/4kg
Garlic: 2tbsp (finely chopped)
Green Chilis: 2-3
Capsicums (Red, Yellow, Green): 1cup
Onions: 1 Medium size
Soy Sauce: 1tsp
Red Chili Sauce: 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil: 1tbsp
Spring Onions: 1tbsp

For Marination:

Boneless Chicken: 1/4kg
Turmeric Powder: 1/4tsp
Red Chili Powder: 2tsp
Garam Masala: 1/2tsp
Chicken Masala: 1tsp
Coriander Powder: 1/2tsp
Pepper Powder: 1/2tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2tsp
Kasuri Methi (Optional): 1/4tsp
Oil: 1tsp

METHOD:

1. Clean Bonelss chicken and cut into pieces. Add all the marinated ingredients and mix well. Marinate the chicken atleast for 30minutes. For marination, we used more spices to get Spicy. However, the spice is adjustable in later process. You can reduce the quantity of spices if needed.


2. Take a Grill plate and put the foil. Grease it with melted butter.


3. Place the marinated chicken pieces and drizzle with butter. Place this plate on high rack and grill for 10 minutes in Oven. 


4. After 10 minutes, take out the plate from the oven and flip the chicken pieces to other side. Drizzle some butter on pieces. Put this plate again in Oven for grill. Grill it for 5 more minutes. Make sure the chicken is well cooked and tender. Not to Overcooked.


5. Once chicken is cooked, take out from the oven and keep aside.


6. If you do not have oven to grill, you can use grill pan or else simply deep fry them in oil.
7. Take a pan and heat 1tbsp of oil.


8. Add finely chopped garlic to get nice aroma.


9. Add slantly chopped Green chilis and mix well. Saute them on low flame.


10. Cut the Capsicums into cubes and add them. Here, I used red, yellow and green capsicums to get nice colorful texture. You can simply add Green Capsicum which is available in Market.


11. Add Onions and Mix well. Here, I Cut Onions into big pieces and separated the layers. So that, the onions cooking time can be reduced.


12. Put the lid and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes. Mix Continuously.


13. Now, add 1/4th cup of water and mix well. Cook it until onions become translucent.



14. Now add, soya sauce.


15. Add, Red chili sauce. 


16. Add salt to taste and mix well.


17. Add Grilled chicken pieces and mix well. Cook it on low flame for 3-5 minutes to get the chicken well mixed with the sauces.


18. Add chopped spring onions and mix well.


19. Yummy spicy ginger chicken is done. Looks so beautiful with the colorful capsicums. Even though we used more spices, it is now adjusted with the sauces. 


20. Transfer it into a serving plate and Enjoy the Spicy Grilled Ginger Chicken.
